Standard Bernedoodles are the largest general size category that Bernedoodles can come in. They embody the quintessential size that many think of when they think of a Bernedoodle. They generally have a very magnificent presence and are majestic and beautiful when grown.

Standard Bernedoodles can vary in size from around 45lbs all the way to over 100lbs as adults. While they are kind and loving in their nature and disposition the presence of their size can be intimidating for would-be trespassers who may think twice when seeing the figure of a Standard Bernedoodle in the window.

Standard Bernedoodles can come in many different generations including F1, Multigen, and Ultra Bernedoodles. The generation really isn’t as relevant to the customer as much as the coat type is.

The bloodlines we use for our Standard Bernedoodles generally go back to our original lines which we started with 6 generations ago. We have carefully selected generations of breeding dogs that are the best of the best to move forward with to continue improving type, color, coat type, and structure. Our lines originate from the Poodles that we used to breed and show generations ago. The high-quality and well-bred lineages that we started out with, formed the base of our breeding program for our Bernedoodles moving into the next generation. These pedigrees have been carefully combined with superior Bernese genetics to create beautiful Bernedoodles that we breed today.

We breed for a blockier structure that really highlights the Bernese Mountain Dog Heritage. Our standard Bernedoodles come in a wide variety of colors and patterns including traditional tricolor, phantom, merle-phantom, and red and white varieties.

We really enjoy the variety of colors that we produce and feel there is a puppy for everyone with the number of different colors that are produced.
