Namaste Bernedoodles breeds and sells doodle puppies (including Bernedoodles and related breeds). All sales are subject to a separate purchase agreement provided at the time of sale. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.
3. SMS Communications
By opting in to SMS communications through our Contact Us form, you agree to receive text messages from Namaste Bernedoodles (Canine Concepts LLC) regarding puppy availability, appointment reminders, and other business-related communications. SMS consent is not required to purchase from us or use our services.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to (432) 847-6377. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at namastebernedoodles@gmail.com or (432) 847-6377.
As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive messages based on your inquiry and interactions with us. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
